You will need to receive a link from a text message or email. This will recover your account or create it, if you have had a scan after January 2024.

I still didn't receive a link

Due to a cyber incident late last year, your patient portal credentials used prior to January 2024 will not be valid anymore. 

You will receive a new activation link when you go for your next scan. If you have had a scan after December 2024 please click Contact us and provide details about your most recent scan, so that we can verify your identity and assist you further.

 

Incorrect date of birth

Common reasons for incorrect date of birth:

• The clinic may have recorded your date of birth incorrectly
• The account might be registered to a family member. Try their date of birth.
• For a care giver, enter the date of birth of the person you are caring for.

Please check the above and if you are still having trouble contact Quantum Radiology and ask to update your date of birth.
